Hello! We are so happy that you came to visit. This website is dedicated to helping fellow Dukan Dieters reach their target weight while enjoying tasty, satisfying and healthy food! Rina and I use Dukan Diet guidelines as a basis for our recipes, but include "reasonable" substitutions to help keep our cravings at a minimum. This way, we are able to use the diet to help us go through a long term lifestyle improvement, rather than just a quick fix.
